I think this relates to my future classroom in a lot of ways. First there is an option to add text to each slide so I could highlight vocabulary words in the story that is being read. Also this is something that the students can create themselves. They can either do something similar to our project or even just report on a subject that they researched. It can eliminate the fear of presenting in front of people for those students that have that fear. They are able to present their ideas and research but not have the anxiety of being in front of everyone. I also really think this will be great in my future classroom for extra help for some students. I could create centers for the students to rotate through during the day, and one could include a voicethread I created about the topic. It will allow more help for the students, but I will still have the flexibility to rotate to other centers while the students are listening to my voicethread.
